I called the office on a Tuesday afternoon, and Scott called and came over within a couple of hours. It was a fairly quick fix for Scott and I am very happy.

A friend gave us Scott's number (663-6097) and suggested we call him to do the work. Scott was very responsive, pleasant and flexible. The regulator replacement took about 20 minutes and then he checked out a couple of questions we had regarding other plumbing issues. He was very informative and helpful. I would highly recommend him and would have no reservations about asking him to do other work for us in the future.

Repairman arrived at scheduled time. Work was done quickly, broken parts were replaced and sink and tub were left clean. I also received an estimate for a new outdoor faucet which I plan to have done next spring.

I've used this plumber several time before (drain cleaning, faucet repair, toilet repair) and have always been happy with his work. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Scott was here just under an hour and cleaned the basin drain with electric rooter and replaced the trap and something (illegible on receipt) for basin drain. He was here within 20 minutes of my placing the phone call to him. The drain seems to be working fine now. This is what appears on the receipt: Rooter fee: 7.50; Materials: 43.70; Service Call: 102.50; Total including tax: 166.00. I was somewhat undecided about whether to rate the price as good or fair but decided to go with good because although I think the price is high, it is not out of line with other companies.

He always finds the cheapest way to do things so that he could save us some money. He is a down to earth and honest guy that I trust. He never tried to up sell. He will refer me to someone else if he cannot do the work easily. He does a great job for me.

John D Foy Plumbing set up the appointment for one week later. I was having a pool put in so I needed this to be done first and it was all completed in about 3 and 1/2 hours. Tony came out and got the job done. He was very good and I would recommend this company to others.

I had no problems with John Foy Plumbing. I was satisfied with the work they did and the price they charged. I also liked that they cleaned up after themselves. Everything went very well.
