I really appreciated Jason's cooperative spirit in working out an affordable and attractive firepit area. He worked closely with my wife on the design and the installation. His personally ethics are impeccable as are his work ethic. We were so pleased with the outcome of that project that we have hired him to do a subsequent large hardscape job. I saw the F complaint and have to say that I know a bit about that complaint and would urge people to ignore it. Jason and his staff are great to work with.

He no show,no called three times. I then requested my large deposit back and he would not refund all of my money even though no service was ever provided because he repeatedly did not show up or even call. I would call after the fact and they would repeatedly promise that they were coming on Monday, then Wednesday, then Friday. It was not in any way the delay because of the weather that I was upset about. It is the fact that he just never showed up each time he claimed he was going to and I would have to call the office and/or hunt him down. He did in fact call at one time and was not able to leave a message. I called him back but he didn't answer. For all I know, he was calling to say "see you first thing Monday morning." He could have had his office call first thing Monday to explain the delay which would not have been a problem. He promised to come Wednesday, no call, no show. The third time was for an assessment prior to all of this. We had an appointment for 5:00 pm on a Thursday evening and he didn't show so at 6:00 pm I left a message on his phone. He later called me back and did finally come later that evening, but it was obvious that if I had not called that he would not have been there. I had hung on so long because a personal friend of mine had recommended him and I didn't want to make things awkward with my friend. Anyhow, he provides a poor service, I finally request my money back and then he tried to penalize me for his bad service!! I also caught him in a lie. He told his secretary something that was entirely not true. Unreliable, untrustworthy and a scammer. Hire this one at your own risk. Good luck.

Great, I have had to deal with many lawn service companies in the past 10 year I have been at the doctors office, and JMF is by far the best Lawn service and Snow removal company. No complaints.

Any Rochester area resident knows that the winter of 2014/2015 was a snow-o-rama.
My son paid for driveway plowing for me as a Christmas gift.  I wish I had the words to describe the delight I felt every morning when I poured myself a cup of coffee, looked out the window, and saw that the driveway had been plowed already.  But here's the thing - it wasn't just that the driveway was plowed.  It was also widened at the bottom so that, when the snow plow came by, it didn't bury my driveway again.  As the winter went on, and the snow kept accumulating day after day, there was no break in service, nor the quality of service.  The plow operator was clearly running out of places to push the snow - the mounds of snow that lined my driveway were 6-8 feet tall. He did an excellent job of managing these mounds - a nearly impossible task.
I was especially pleased with the fact that my driveway was plowed any time there was measurable snow. I had one guy a few years back tell me that he only plowed when there was 4 inches or more in one snowfall.  That's too much snow to let go to melt and freeze and melt and freeze. JMF Landscaping was there every single time it snowed enough to shovel. Loved this company!

They showed up on time, did the necessary work quickly and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

The service was excellent. He was able to remove the trees and trim the bushes and shrubs the next day. The front yard was totally transformed. Once the overgrown bushes were removed he filled in the holes.

We are very pleased with his work, polite and professional service. While not finished, it looks excellent.
