I would HIGHLY recommend Jet Dry of Rochester. The owner, Walt handled the job himself and I recommend him to anyone looking for these services. He was very responsive and did an excellent job on our filthy stained grout/tile. We were very pleased all around.

not so sure the carpet was "cleaned" as his response to the doorway still dirty area "it's because the carpet is warn down there" ...
