J&N Gutter Solutions

I hired J&N Gutter Solutions to clean my gutters and to replace broken collars on outdoor christmas lights on my house. He and a helper came on June 21, 2025. As I was telling Nick, the owner of what I expected regarding the collars (the specifics), he kept saying, " I know, I know what to do." like he was disregarding my instructions. They had to readjust some collars and light as they were crooked after the job was completed, which I pointed out to them. I paid him by check. one day later, he texted me to write a review on Homeadvisor which i did 2 days later. On July 1st, I really looked at the christmas lights and collars and noticed some still were crooked and some were not in the correct holes. I texted Nick on July 1 and asked if he would come back and make things right. He told me the wind probably blew them out and I said no they were never in tight enough in the first place. We spoke on the phone and he told me he was busy but would find some time in the next few weeks to come back. On July 23, I texted him again asking when he would return. He told me he would look at his schedule. Never heard from him. I texted him on Aug 13, asking him when he was coming back. He apologied that my job was not his top priorty but he would get it done. Now I left for vacation on Sept 11-28 and I did not text him until I got home but neither did he text or call my during this time. I was hoping by now with some time passed, he could attend to my project. I also did say in my text that I would contact Home advisor if he did not come. I have all of his texts. He responded,"Feel free to contact them. I texted you and you didn't text me back .And weeks later you decided to get back at me." I told him I was on vacation and that I never received any texts from him. He told me he does not work under threats. I never got any texts from him after his text back to me on Aug 13, 2025. I have all the texts we exchanged.
