"Hard to figure out some customers (which never paid for the work to begin with). Jag Construction always responds to any issues a customer may have. We work hard to make our customers happy. We offered to remove any insulation they were concerned about; we even convinced the manufacturer to help pay for the work. The customer couldn't decide on what type of insulation they wanted to put back in place. They never took us up on our offer to conduct the work, though we offered for months. Sometimes our hands get tied and this is one of those cases which would have been an easy fix. They seemed like they couldn't make up their minds on what they wanted to do. All of our "other" customers are extremely happy with spray foam insulation. It performed perfectly again during the weather event of February 2015, extreme cold and major ice damming for most of us in Rochester. We had customers thanking us for installing spray foam insulation in their homes and businesses. Most comonly when someone calls with an issue they let us in to investigate, we determine the best path for a solution, then we try to correct it without delay. This work was done in 2011, and still no decision on what they want done. We don't know what else to do in these predicaments."
"We did respond to most of Member requests, when we were asked to act as the general contractor for all of the renovation work we politely declined. We tried to explain to him we only perform insulation work at this point in time. The remodeling and roofing departments are since closed. He was asking questions about the remodeling work. When we tried contacting the architect for him, that he had used for the building plans of his renovation work, he recommended not engaging with this customer. We took the architects advise: "sometimes the customer can be a problem, not the contractor". Member grew impatient with the slow response from us since the architect actually moved out of town, he did not get the answers to us fast enough. Member was under time constraints from his insurance company due to a deadline of losing his insurance coverage. This project was 2 years behind schedule and it needed to be done months prior. We prefer a healthy customer relationship, something was amiss from the very begining. When you know there is going to be issues, it's best to turn the business away. You don't survive in business for 35 years without knowing when to say NO THANK YOU. No disrespect to Member. Mike Jag - President of Jag Construction"
