Called my normal HVAC guy who I found out has retired, and went to Florida. Fortunately he recommended I call Jake at J&J. One call to Jake at J&J after hours and he coached me through fixing the problem myself right over the phone - no charge! He was so incredibly kind and patient, not to mention very knowledgeable. It was a complete pleasure to deal with them. What a truly amazing experience as a single woman to come across honest, quality professionals that aren’t trying to take advantage of them. I am 100% sold. I immediately booked a furnace cleaning, and a wire install to make my blower circulate properly (not even the issue I was having, but he discovered it while coaching me through the phone call/fix). I will be using J&J from now on for all my HVAC needs and I would recommend whole heartedly that you do too!

I own several rental properties and I use them quite a bit. They are really good. They guys are very honest. They very well take care of your things. They are very attentive and they are reasonably priced. They are really honest upfront guys. They just do very good work and are always affected to go in a row. So that is just a biggest benefit with them. They won’t try to sell you anything if you don’t need one. The one that they replaced was twenty five years old and they didn’t say that it needed to be replaced but just said it was so old that it was high efficient. I just wanted to have a higher efficient furnace put in. it wasn’t like they tried to sell a furnace and I actually went to them. Their advice is very valuable.
