The general contractor attempted to do the job the first time (right before Easter 2013) during out MAJOR renovation project, and made a total mess of it (they didn't even use the correct materials - think wall paneling for luan (sp?). After they were done, the floor reminded us of 'rice crispies' - snap, crackle, and pop at every step. After we battled it out with GC, Imperial was able to come in and correct the mess. Imperial's installers had to rip everything out, and re-do the entire job. They were great; very professional. A beautiful job.
