There were many delays and excuses, most not very legitimate. For example, we were told a countertop was being ordered and would be shipped. I learned on my own that the material was discontinued. The replacement we then ordered was never purchased. Drawers were supposed to be easy glide closing, but about half are broken. There are uneven edges on the ceramic floor. We liked the custom look and wood material of the cabinets but there were some finishing issues i.e. trim and adjustments needing repair. After repeated deadlines and commitments were not met, we ended our agreement. Other contractors immediately noticed some of the problems and were surprised at the workmanship. Unfortunately, I had paid for more in advance than I should have, but I was able to recoup most of what I thought I was owed.
Description of Work: We initially contracted for a kitchen remodeling job in April, 2013. The job was begun in July, 2013. We were pleased with the initial design and the idea that Mr.Thomas Hussar and his employees could complete all facets of the work. However, it was never completed to our satisfaction.
