Our heat went out during a cold-stretch on a Saturday afternoon. A call to Huether Heating & Cooling and less then an hour later John (owner) was in our house running diagnostics on the system. He quickly found the fault, hunted-down a replacement part, and was back to install it in less then an hour. The system was back up-and-running before the house had a chance to cool down. Absolutely amazing service!

The compressor went on my heat pump and I solicited several bids. Jon Huether, the owner actually came to the house to do the bid and actually investigate alternatives to full replacement. It was a 17 year old system, so he was unsuccessful, but at least he took the time. On top of that he as between $1,000 - $3,000 cheaper than an other bid I received. I would definitely recommend Huether to a friend.

Woke up to a cold home. Furnace was not working during one of the coldest weeks of the winter!  Called and the tech came over within 1 hour and corrected the problem and left. Worked fine for another week or two, but problem came back. Took a couple of visits to figure it all out but in the end, the problem was fixed! Very timely service and knowledgeable techs.

They called on the day of the installation and said that an elderly couple had a serious problem and would it be all right to do the install on 4/15/2013. They were here the first thing in the morning and took out the old unit and installed the new higher efficiency furnace with a new Aprilaire Humidifier in 5 or 6 hours. There were no complication. The new unit is quieter and saving us money now. We also got our $618.00 rebate from RGand E 6 weeks later. The installers were very professional, courteous, cleaned up everything nice and neat, and departed.

Provided temporary fix to existing 32 year old furnace (for no charge). Then installed a new furnace a few days later, quickly and efficiently. Further, the office adminstrator filled completed the paper work for an RGand E rebate (to insure it was filled out properly) and mailed it on my behalf. I was completely blown away by their high quality services. I did get a few other quotes (as one must if spending more than a few hundred dollars) and they were by far the most reasonable, through I would have paid a little more than their competitors due to the temporary fixe provided. I will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend.

They weren't signed up for the energy efficient system, but she said she would look into it.

This experience was especially disappointing because I had used Huether exclusively for 20 years.

We have used Huether as our service provider for years and trust their expertise in their field. Great staff that answer all questions so we understand what they are doing and why it needs to be done. Fabulous company and would highly recommend them.
