HQ HOME AND OFFICE FURNISHINGS

I made multiple visits to the store, asked many questions, wavered in my choices and still found the staff to be uniformly helpful and cheerful through it all. The delivery/assembly person was also prompt, courteous, and knowledgable. My grade of "C" for quality is because this is not fine furniture, nor does anyone claim it is. But it has met my expectations and needs just fine. I would gladly return if I need more of their merchandise.

Horrible. I hope my experience is unusual and I just got a bad salesperson, but regardless, I am never going there again. I picked out an adorable headboard, footboard and bed frame for my daughter's bedroom. I was told it came in full. The sign said it came in full. I ordered it and was told it would be in in a week. The clerk gave me a catalog as I left. I looked at the catalog when I went home and it read that the bed set I had just ordered did NOT come in full. I called the store, was put on hold while they tried to find the clerk and gave up when no one came to the phone. I then had to drive to the store and get the order canceled. Never, never again. Please train people.
