I have not had a problem with them. I like the location and I can always find everything that I am looking for. They are pleasant and I prefer them.

They were great. The price was reasonable. They were all very nice, helped me, and referred me to the installers. I used them for years. The installers they recommended were good, did what they had to do, explain the process to me, and did it quickly for the first time.

They are closer to us than other stores, so we do all our hardware purchases through them. Their prices are fine.

I contacted them on a Sunday and didn't hear a thing until 3 days later. We could not wait that long to go without hot water.

first measuring of kitchen was wrong and home depot employee asked for a remeasurement. we had to track down this guy and reschedule second measurement wrong. how about another! at this point 4 weeks and @14 hours of our time we decided that this place was not for our project.

I called the store and was told I had to call the 800 number where I then encountered a very unfriendly automated call sorter. I then had to agree to 90 minutes for a sales presentation by the Home Depot rep and agree to allow the rep access to my attic. When the rep arrived at my home he had no ladder to go onto the roof. Instead he insisted that he had to access my attic. There is no attic access. When I told the rep that he should write up his estimate and leave it on the front porch since I had to go to my next appointment, having already given the Home Depot rep 20 minutes of my time he said no. He needed two hours of my time to make the complete presentation before giving me a price quote, never having set foot on my roof. Then I got three other estimates from roofers who took approximately 20 minutes each after they went on roof. It took forever to get someone at the 800 number to cancel Home Depot. Home Depot was too difficult to deal with just for the estimate.

I like that the workers from Home Depot are knowledgeable. They were courteous to me. I would recommend Home Depot for the help they gave me in having the tile laid.

Home Depot was great. I love Home Depot, they have done jobs in the past for me and I was very impressed with the work. There were no problems during the job and the countertop looks fabulous.
