I think they are great. I have used them for over 30 years and I have never had a complaint. They do a wonderful job and they are really friendly and good with customers. Always I never have to wait, they will stay up and wait, if you call them as they are closing they will stay there for you.

We've only been using Hollywood a year - we moved into the neighborhood a year ago and heard good things about Butch, the owner. The prices are good (as compared to the list of dealer prices for routine maintenance we got when we purchased the car). Always professional, always trying to work with your schedule, I feel lucky they're so close.

The nice thing is they have Saturday hours and provide coupons, so the final cost to me because of the coupon was $30.00.

I have had a lot of work done on my 3 cars andthe guys at Hollywood have replaced a transission on one of my cars, replaced an alternator, brakes, tires, rack and pinion on another. In addition to the small stuff like oil changes and inspections I have had lots of work done there. Butch and his crew are great.

It is a very friendly place. If you walk in there you are going to treated as a friend and they always takes care of you. He explains everything to you. I would use them again.

Butch, the owner, spoke to me about the repairs and kept me informed throughout the process. His advise was to not even bother fixing the car because of how old it is and that in his opinion, it wasn't worth fixing. I decided to go ahead and fix it anyway and Butch was very professional and took the time to talk to me about the decision. Car repairs always come as a shock and no one likes paying for them. At least I know with Butch that I'm not paying for things I don't need. I go there for all of my car repairs big and small.

They helped with selection based on my specific concerns and gave me a fair price. The actual service done, installing the tires appears to have been done flawlessly. The tires they helped me select match my particular wishes very well.

I have had service on two cars (one three years old and one twelve years old) on a regular basis from Hollywood and have always been pleased with their competence and service.

I went there to have all 4 tires replaced on my car. When they did the work, they claimed that the brakes and rotors needed to be replaced also. I did the work, but when I talked to the dealer a few days later, they were very suspicious as to whether the work needed to be done.

The problem of noise in the engine started small, but when they got into it they found it necessary to completely take the engine apart and rebuild it. I was a bit concerned to have this huge job done at a local gas station/garage, but they did a wonderful job. It's now 15,000 miles later, and the engine is running perfectly, with 120,000 miles on it. I've had other work done here and they are uniformly professional. Prices are no bargain, but they're worth it!

As a customer for over 20 years, I have the highest regard for the work that Hollywood Service does. They are reliable, efficient, and reasonably priced.
