responded very fast and had relatively new truck and plow, but hurried through the job, hit a big boulder in my garden and almost damaged his plow even though a "marker" was there...and did an okay job, I had to ask him to plow some spots he missed, and then I got the bill for $200!! my annual contract is $450 to plow it, so to me that was an absurd price
