 + -1 moreI had four duplexes that they managed for me and I had very few months that I had a positive cash flow. Since I'm an absentee owner, trust is very important. They always seemed to have one excuse or another for things going wrong with my units. Anyone who is thinking of using them, I recommend you find someone else. I can handle bad months, bad tenants, and things breaking down, but I need to work with honest people. High Falls is not that place.
