I had four duplexes that they managed for me and I had very few months that I had a positive cash flow. Since I'm an absentee owner, trust is very important. They always seemed to have one excuse or another for things going wrong with my units. Anyone who is thinking of using them, I recommend you find someone else. I can handle bad months, bad tenants, and things breaking down, but I need to work with honest people. High Falls is not that place.

"High Falls Property Management purchased the management portfolio of the company (Royal Realty) that managed this particular owners portfolio. We took over management for them in September of 2012 and the owners promptly moved there management to another company and stated the High Falls Property Management was to new. We have at High Falls Property Management only managed there properties for a period of 30 days. The claims that the owner is making have no merit and there experiences are stemming from there old management which is now out of business."
