I'm so happy I choose Henrietta bathrooms for this work. Sal and Natal have been so easy to work with. They answered all my questions, provided me with options, and came when they said they would. The quality of work is great, they cleaned up every day and always used drop clothes to protect the floor and carpet. They were also conscious of the cats that like to sneak out of the house.

What an outstanding job! Henrietta Bathrooms is the go-to contractor for quality and custom workmanship. Salvatore and Nat take pains to ensure that the work is done to the customer's satisfaction (mine), and that the work is done right. These guys do not take shortcuts, and do not rush or cut corners trying to get to the next job. If you're looking for cut-rate work, I suggest to look elsewhere, but if you want the job done right and attention to detail, look no further. Sal took pains to be sure everything was planned and installed to my needs and requirements, and worked closely with me in selecting and sourcing materials which I ultimately chose and provided. The cosmetics and tiling are simply gorgeous, but the real magic is how much care they put into the foundation work and prep. Sal and his team were considerate of my home, gave me clear instructions when I should not touch something drying overnight, and were accommodating and helpful in every conceivable way. In short, they consistently put my needs first. Sal and his crew invested far more time and trouble into the job than I was charged for. My clunky old bathroom is now my showcase. I HIGHLY recommend Henrietta Bathrooms to anyone who wants top-notch workmanship and a personal touch. I wish every contractor was as reliable, professional, competent, and easy to work with as Henrietta Bathrooms.

Nat was the type of contractor we were looking for. Experienced craftsman who takes pride in his work. He communicated with us as the project progressed. We are very pleased with the bathroom remodel.

Very professional,  does great quality work. No concerns.He also hand fabricated a light fixture build-out over the medicine cabinet. Very accurate itemized bill.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very reasonable in price. It was a two guy crew and it is a family owned business.

We were very pleased with our experience with Henrietta Bathrooms.  Our contractor, Nat Pellegrino and his crew completed our remodel in a timely and highly professional manner with superb craftsmanship.  They arrived on the job when they said they would each day, and were very pleasant and courteous.  Drop cloths were put down at the start of each day and removed that night, which helped keep the mess to a minimum.  Nat provided several suggestions which were very helpful in our selection of materials.  We didn't really care for any of the shelves we saw at the tile shops, so Nat made the shelves out of marble tile.  They are wonderful. 
The beautiful ceramic tile shower walls and floor reflect the attention to detail shown by these folks.

We only have one bathroom and were pretty much planning on having to spend several days at a local motel.  Nat offered to reinstall our old toilet each night so we only ended up spending the night of the floor installation in a motel, which saved us a considerable amount of money.

All in all we are extremely satisfied with Henrietta Bathrooms and the work they have done for us.
