house painters
 + -1 moreHandy Works completed about 15% of the work. He came one day and just never returned. I called him and he stated he would come but never did. Finally I received a bill and went down and told him that was even too high for the work he did do.
Description of Work: Handy Works was to paint the exterior trim work. The price does include paint that was bought for him.
