Due to some communication issues, it wasn't perfect but both sides were at fault. I was probably more at fault then him. He did do a great thorough inspection.

Very thorough and professional. Cost of service was increased to the approximate level noted above due to additional services requested: radon test and pest evaluation. Standard inspection without these would have been closer to $300.

I would hire Fritz again in a heartbeat. I joined Angie's List to find other honest contractors like him, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a home, termite, and/or radon gas inspection. Fritz was punctual, very thorough (gave me 2+ hours of his time), and was very generous with home improvement suggestions and tips. I left a very happy buyer, and I felt much more comfortable about the home purchase.
