They have been the best mechanic. They did things accurately and they are honest. They are a little bit more expensive than other mechanic but they have been honest about the diagnosis and they fix it right the first time. So you don't have to back and have them repeat it. They are really good.

Everything went well. The problem was solved after spending a lot of time in attempt to get to the solution. Griff's always does a great job with our vehicles. We have been bringing our cars to Griff's since 2012 after getting continuously ripped-off by the car dealerships. For this particular problem, Griff's charged us very little for the amount of time that they spent finding and fixing the problem. It is comforting to know that you can bring your vehicle in to Griff's for an oil change and they won't and quot;find somethingand quot; that wasn't a problem before like some other places do. I often wonder how things just decide to malfunction when I would bring the car into a dealership service center for just an oil change....hmmm? Griff's is great!

I know nothing about cars. They are so helpful and courteous. Their costs are very reasonable. I feel very good knowing that I can rely on someone like this. It gives me a sense of security knowing that I have someone to take care of my car.

I called this service station because of recommendations on Angies List. We were looking for a garage out here on the west side. I was pleased with the service. It seems to be a family operation. I spoke to the wife of the owner and cashed out with the owner's father so it had a friendly feel. They called with an estimate as promised and finished the car as promised at the price promised. I would go back.

I was getting many error codes that pertained to an emission problem. In the process of verifying what each code related to, Griff's was able to repair my car. They not only gave me a good price (I also had the dealer look at the problem which they estimated for ~ $600 - $1000.00 more) but they were courteous and professional. Since my car is 10 years old it seems like everything is falling apart. They gave me estimates for all the work and then told me what needed to get done and what work could wait until funds became more available. I came away from the experience believing that they didn't take advantage of me and looking for the cost option most beneficial for me. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. I will never go any where else when my car needs service.

I've always used them. They also are approved for towing for AAA.
