Matt initially did the energy audit and made several recommendations. He worked with me to get the most for my 50/50 grant(very much appreciated). Work done was professional and great. The crew was well skilled. HOWEVER, he didnt tell me that blown-in insulation can be a very messy experience ON THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. I would recommend strongly, this be told to all having this done. Packing things away is best (to avoid insulation getting INTO and ON EVERYTHING). Clean up will be minimized this way. Vacuuming is also the only way to properly clean up after blown-in insulation is installed. Dusting is not recommended. The crew did offer to clean up outside and inside, but I did most of it myself. I did not ask what kind of mess insulation would make, but they didnt offer any advice either. All in all they did a great job and came back to take care of a few things needed to be finished. They were a very good company to have done work on my home.
