I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Great Lights Electric. I requested a refund on February 13, 2025, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive any resolution. The customer service has been unresponsive, and I?ve been left with no clear answers or timeline for when my money will be refunded. I understand mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is unacceptable. I would not recommend this business based on my experience, as it has been frustrating and unprofessional. I hope this review helps others who are considering doing business with Great Lights Electric. I sincerely hope the company improves its customer service and refund process moving forward.

They were fantastic. Very friendly and installed 5 fixtures including 2 ceiling fans same day. So happy with the results.

Fitted me into his schedule and gave a good price with no appt. fee like others wanted. Removed and replaced broken kitchen disposal with one I purchased at Home Depot. Also, noticed a leaking faucet hose and replaced the faucet set. Very satisfied with the work of Kenny Lanza of Great Lights. On completion of job all debris removed from the house. Would highly recommend this man and his company. will not hesitate to have him do more work in the future.

I would highly recommend Ken. He was knowledgeable & was able to fix my wood stove fan that I could not get anyone else to fix. He was friendly, professional and timely.

Great Lights Electric was on another very complex job when we spoke. It would have been many hours before they could help us. He spoke with my husband by phone and walked him through trouble shooting and solved the issue right then and there by phone! And all while he was up on somebody elses roof. Clearly this is a good company!

We were having an issue with our dryer shutting off after only a few minutes. Kenny removed and replaced the damaged the fuse at no charge since he installed the new fuse box for us when we bought our house 5 years ago. I would highly recommend this company and will be sure to refer any friends to them.
