They called and asked if they show up early - they gave about 30 minutes notice. There was furniture to move. They got the job done in under two hours. They did a very nice job.

I feel that having Grays clean the rug went very well. They were friendly and professional both on the phone and in person, a pleasure to do business with. Both the cost and the timliness of the work were fully acceptable and I would certainly use them again.

They came and picked up the rug and took it away and cleaned it in a week. It looked like a new rug. It was amazing. The quality of work is excellent.

They arrived afew minutes early so that they could start on time. Explained what they were going to do and approximately how long it would take. I have had this service done many...times over the years but this time I felt like I was getting a very professional job!! Everyone was very friendly and very timely in responding.

They would not guarantee they could get the smell out, and in fact, the smell was fainter but still there when I picked it up. But, it was clean. The smell has since faded. I would add that the front office staff is not very friendly.

Part of the carpet had some blood stains that they were not able to get out, so that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, everything was okay. They were punctual and so forth.

Everything came back in excellent condition. They helped get the rugs in & out of the car. Would consider using them to do our wall to wall carpets too.

Not that "big'" a job but everything went ok and runners look just fine. Runners were not that dirty to begin with but my spouse and I are fussy. They were 5 years down in our hall and probably needed cleaning. Gray's is an old established firm and did not hesitate.

Grays Carpet Cleaning is an excellent company. They specialize in area rugs. This was an oriental rug that was an heirloom, and was very important to me. I would definitely recommend them to others.
