This call went out urgently on a Saturday because we discovered we could not use any water in the house without causing an additional flood on the basement. The team arrived within an hour of the call. After evaluating the issue, they accessed the main sewer line in the basement that goes to the road. They used a power auger to thoroughly clear all the debris that blocked the line causing the back up. They also used a camera and snaked it down the line in order to assure that all was clear and then augered one more time with a bigger bit. They did a very thorough job. Each time they made sure they went all the way to main line at the road.
