Jeff arrived promptly at the appointed time - which is always appreciated! He has great respect for his clients and their instruments. He has a great love for music which shows in the care and integrity he brings to his work. There was a lot of work to be done since the piano was new to our home and needed to be acclimated. The piano also hadn't had any tuning or other work done on it for some time. We were thrilled to have a technician of this caliber working on our instrument. Jeff has an excellent reputation within the Rochester musical community at large. We feel very lucky that he is so skilled to work on this fine instrument. I would also add that Jeff has a very amiable personality and goes to great lengths to assure his clients are satisfied with his work. We couldn't have asked for more in a professional coming to our home!
