They were professional and very helpful. And one other thing is, I brought a lot of jewelery and he said, this isn't worth being appraised, because it would have cost me for every appraisal. So he didn't want me to do that. So, he pointed out what was worth it and what wasn't worth being appraised. So, he was honest.

They were the lowest, but they were really good. They were honest. I would like to give them an "A+," as they only charged me like $62 to resize my ring, cleaned it, they gave me a full written appraisal and they have a lot of high credentials in technology. They sell estate jewelry as well and they custom make rings. I also recommended them to several people.
