We made several visits to the store. Each time the salesperson was very knowledgeable, and we definitely learned valuable information from them. They stated they do not work on commission and after talking to several this must be true, as they were not pushy or said you have to buy from me. After learning room size they said 40" TV was a good idea even though I was leaning to a more costly larger one. They did a side by side comparison of Samsung and another more costly brand with the same features. Probably the most important thing we learned was that plasma will show glares. If you have a bright light or sun entering room it will reflect, LCD does not.
