We liked the guys doing the work - seemed conscientious and professional. A good job of cleaning up all the debris.
But the kicker was yesterday - 18 mos later. With all the wind, heat and rain we've been having, the flashing around our kitchen fan vent must have shifted a little, and we got a leak. Wife frantic. I called Gary, and by that afternoon he was on my roof in the pouring rain sealing up the vent. Leak stopped, all good.
Nobody's perfect - that's where personal responsibility and accountability come in. Gary's the guy - you can count on him.
