Originally went to purchase a used Forte. After delivery, discovered this car did not have cruise control. returned car, worked a deal on a new Soul with cruise using the same trade-in. After some reconsideration on the trade-in, used another vehicle for trade. Paperwork needed to be re-done, deal re-done, trade-in value re-done. All done quickly and professionally. Sales rep was Brian Salamone, General Manager Kristian Mathewson. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!!!

It was a great experience. Everyone that works there is friendly. Even if they aren't the sales rep helping you they still acknowledge you. They make sure you have water and your taken care of during the time you are there. With my having health problems it meant a lot to me. The entire transaction went smooth for both times I bought from them. When I upgraded they even tried to take the decals off my old car to transfer to my new one. When they realized it was not working they sent someone to the store I bought the decal at to replace it. Unfortunately that one was no longer available. I thought the gesture was so nice however! Plus, anything I questioned for the transition they either provided me with the items or showed me how to work the upgrades! Always push for what you want because yo never know what they will say yes to. They are not like other dealers that keep prices high and make you feel like this is a fight.
