Freedom Roofing

Very rude and poor service. Abandoned job and put holes in my roof. Gaps in the metal trim. Blamed me for the hole and leaks. They did the work! Have many shingle sticking up because they left old roofing nails under them. They cut thru my siding and the flashing when installing trim and I can see daylight thru the cuts, from inside the house. The hole they left goes thru to an interior wall of the house. The trim was nailed thru the flashing. Nothing solid behind the trim to hold in the nails. Its been over a month and they never show up to repair the damage they caused. Pictures say it all. Their worker started screaming at me when I tried to explain the problems and so I screamed back to tell him to shut up and listen to my concerns. Now they are saying I harassed them with my yelling. They talk great and professional when they are selling the job, but the professionalism stops there.

Worth the Wait.. It took about a year to get my roof replaced . It was a back and forth hassle with the insurance company about what needed to be replaced and what they were going to cover. During this long wait, I can’t thank Norm Cooper enough for his devotion and patience in making sure my roofing job was done properly. I would highly recommend Norm to stand behind you during your roofing experience. He will work with you during the whole process and is very knowledgeable in the roofing business. If you need any roofing work done , I would highly recommend Norm .

Roof install: February 2023 The entire process from beginning to end was very smooth. Norm was very flexible and accommodated my schedule for the initial visit and install; he spent over an hour answering all of my questions and inspected my roof from the top and from within the attics. I obtained several estimates and Norm was by far the most thorough. My roof needed to be addressed semi-urgently due to a leak and Norm took care of the roof replacement it within 3 weeks. During the install, I was updated frequently with phone calls, texts and pictures about how the job was progressing. For a roof my size I was surprised Norm and his crew were able to complete it in less than a day. Norm was priced similarly compared with the other quotes I received but I picked him for the job because I was impressed with how thorough he was at the initial visit and how he took the time to answer all of my questions. I will be recommending Freedom Roofing to my family and friends!
