It went better than expected.........Frank picked up the 3 cushions and told me that it would be bout 7 - 10 days possibly a tad longer........that was fine with me..... The cushions had new foam and new jackets and they look and feel awesome..... I'm so happy I found Frank.........will definitely use again and recommend to my friends...............................

I am updating my review. My review on the work done to my dining room chairs still holds as an A rating.

I was a bit upset because at the time we had the chairs done I told Frank we would be wanting a king size headboard made.
He said no problem, took measurements, left samples and said when ready to call him.
Then I got sick and Frank also around the same time got sick. We both had serious illnesses so it took a while for both to recuperate.
After several calls on his work status and being told he's trying to get caught up, waiting for previous orders to be filled, I went to the shop to return samples for the headboard and to make the appointment since he knew I was waiting.
He said he was still so busy with work and trying to get caught up and that "a headboard isn't really that important, like a chair or a sofa."
Maybe  not to him but to us it is. I was hurt and offended.
Having been a customer already, knowing we wanted the job done for a year and measurements taken I thought the job was going to be done. I understand his workload suffering due to the illness, taking on another company's jobs and repairs and new orders coming in. A phone call would have been nice saying he was no longer interested since I had been in contact with him and waiting for a year. It's January 2016 maybe I'll find someone to make my headboard this year!

The chairs are beautiful. I think they are nicer than when we bought the set!
Frank did a meticulous job and did what we had requested.
We purchased a high-end fabric so that brought the cost up otherwise I think his price was fair.
We would/will use Frank again.

Frank is very knowledgeable on repairs. When I brought in the rocking chair the caning was missing on the back of the chair and the seat was partially done. He explained the process and noticed that the seat was not correct. His team took the time to remove and fix the caning on the seat and completed the back. The end product is beautiful! The chair was finished on time and I have a pretty rocker that went from tired and trash to a pretty accent piece.

The chairs were completed on the projected date. Materials used (black vinyl which I chose) was excellent quality, black piping trim finished the chairs beautifully, cushion material is firm and comfortable. Wood trim and legs were refinished, the chairs look like new.
We had Frank completely take apart and upholster my mother's sofa and chair. Both were 75 years old and had detail challenges. I just love the furniture, more than when I was a kid.
I'd take all of my furniture needs to Frank. If any touch-ups or alterations are needed, no questions are asked.
AND, I was always greeted with a smile.
