FRANK ZIEFEL

We had a leaky toilet that was going through the ceiling to the first floor.  Frank took care of it and charged an incredibly reasonable price.  He came highly recommended from varioius co-workers and he did not disappoint.  However, I believe he has retired since.  I wish he was still working because I just had a valve fixed in the kitchen and I would have definitely gone with him if he were working.

However, it is my understanding he is now retired which moots any specific comments I might offer. I used Penfield Plumbing following Frank, & although they have received very high grades on Angie's List, they don't hold a candle to him. A tough act to follow!!

We have used Frank to help us with plumbing issues for several years now.  You have to leave a message and he returns your call that evening or the night before the next business day.  We have always found him to be very responsive and effective.

Frank is the best!  He does quality work for reasonable prices.  I recommend him highly.

The only problem is that Frank is always in demand and one has to wait for an appointment. He gave us several options. He did the work for the option we chose, and told us how to do some other jobs ourselves.

Fantastic experience.  Very professional, personable, reliable, as well as prompt and courteous.  Performed the repair quickly and well.  Prices are very reasonable.

We use Frank all the time. He has provided many services for us over the years. I don?t think he charged us anything for his last service. He is very nice and really pays attention to doing things right. We have never had a problem with him or had to call him back for anything. His prices are unbelievably low. He is very, very busy. If we have something that has exploded we?d have to call somebody else because he can?t come right away. Sometimes we have to wait for things, but that?s okay with me.
