FIRST CHOICE GLASS INC

Very poor quality work and shockingly unprofessional treatment. Repair was completed quickly. When we came in to pick up our windows we were met by the proprietor Will who brought us into Glen's office. There we waited for 4-5 minutes while Glen finished up a personal phone call. We paid for repair and received a non-itemized receipt that did not break out parts, labor, or individual panes that were repaired. Receipt only specified $50 for repair plus $4 for tax. When we got home and checked over the work, we found that the glazing job was done very poorly, with old glazing left in some areas, uneven thickness of the glazing compound, and glazing compound smeared, spilled, and splattered on the glass and on the frame. We called back the next day to respectfully let the proprietor, Will, know that his staff produced a poor product. Will's response was that the job they did was "not bad for fifty bucks" and that "we could take our business elsewhere" before hanging up.
