Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
We ordered a pattern with veining. The product we received had the proper veining on the counter surface, but faded streaks (that did not look at all like veins) in the basin. The manufacturer of the vanity top insisted that that is the result of their production process and not a defect and therefore the customer must accept it. This company who sold us the product did not intervene to make good either. Anyone who has seen this product has agreed that they would not install it. Neither the manufacturer nor this seller would issue a refund.
