FAIRLAWN ELECTRICAL COMPANY

My experience with Fairlawn Electrical Company was very poor.  The technicians who came out were unable to figure out the problem I had but they still charged me.  I didn’t think that was fair.  I’m now working with someone else on it.  This is an old house, so it was a difficult job.  My issue was not the amount of money they charged me but the fact that it was charged without fixing the problem I had.  They were pretty responsive at first.  They were here on time.  Their technicians were professional.  I would not use them again in the future.

I thought that they were professional. The accomplished the work quickly. I felt that the rate was fair for what they had done.

Mr. Brown was prompt and professional. It went very well considering the difficult situations he encountered when diagnosing the problem. He found a solution that was satisfactory to us. We will refer this company to others, and will have him back to do other electrical work we need.

When you need electrical work, you want a company that knows what it is doing. Fairlawn owner Jim Brown knows his stuff. I have used him for other projects, including a ceiling fan and flood lights. The work is excellent. It is a good local company.
