Terrible experience and I regretted the decision almost from the day I signed the contract. Through the entire process from contract discussions through closing and warranty they did not deliver on anything they promised. They started and finished the job several months late, were extremely unresponsive to my inquiries through the process and were difficult to get information/updates from. Their different departments don't communicate with each other (sales, operations, etc.). I've moved around quite a bit in my career and have dealt with several builders and these guys are the worst. In my personal and 20+ year business experience, this may be the worst I've ever seen a company treat their customers. Be careful about their claim of "affordable" pricing...everything is an upgrade. Too many other issues to get into.
