 + -1 moreThey embezzled money from me also. Asked for a check and haven't even got one over many months, but led me on they will send one or even a statement -- they lie and it never comes. They don't show up at the office in Rochester or answer the phones.

 + -1 moreTerrible! They embezzled nearly $30,000 from my real estate! They did not deposit rents in a timely manner and, when I fired them, they failed to deposit the remaining rents or return the security deposits! Do not trust this company! Do not trust Micheal Twentyfive or his brother, Max! They will lie right to your face and make promises that they will never keep! Just look at Google Reviews, Yelp, etc. Equisource Real Estate Management is run by a Band of Thieves!

 + -1 moreEquisource Real Estate Management has been managing my investment properties for me in the Rochester, NY area for several years now. The bottom line is that I can trust them. I can trust that I am not being over charged on maintenance. I can trust that I am getting the maximum rents possible. I can trust that my properties are being treated as if they were owned by the company even though they aren't. I am not always there and able to watch over my properties but Equisource makes me feel like that's ok.
Description of Work: Equisource Real Estate Management manages my investment properties, including; 1) collecting rents 2) finding qualified tenants 3) coordinating all maintenance 4) completing all building code inspections
