ELECTRIC SAM CO

I called twice from two different phones, and never got a call back to either number. Even if he was on vacation, there should have been a message saying so. It's now a week later and no call back. Needless to say I hired someone else. Very unprofessional IMHO

Excellent..it was a Sat and I had just brought my husband home from the hospital and I needed power. I called they said 1 hr. Arrived in less than that. It was a loose wire in a switch.

Neat, organized, concerned, professional, and all in all nice guys to have in your home. If ever we have any other electrical issues these guys are going to be the only people we call. They even spent the extra time tpo identify all th enew circuits and labeled them for the breaker box. GREAT service!

Prompt, polite and explained everything to us. My husband had just come home from the hospital and was unable to check things himself, therefore we were happy that and quot;Electric Sam'sand quot; responded so quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very fast appointments for quote and service. Compared to several other electrical contractors we called his timing and punctuality were impressive. We are still waiting on follow up from some of the others. He did a fast but thorough job.

Work was to be completed after an inspection for problems with a relay system in January. Parts needed to be ordered for completion of the job. I arranged for someone to sit in my home to have the job completed; Phil never called or showed up. A call was placed to Sam to inquire about Phil's absence. I was told by Sam that Phil would contact me to have the job completed. Apparently he was stricken with strep throat on his way to my home. Phil never called or showed. In mid July I received an email from Sam asking if I wanted the job completed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication. Sam apologized and said that he would contact me next week~that was July 13th. I worked with Sam in the past (spending $1200 for relay issues) and I appreciated his service with my difficult system. No I am forced to look elsewhere.

Phillip arrived at our home and I showed him how our light was not working with
the fan. I had already talked with Sam (Father) who told me that I probably needed
to have something in the motor replaced. I ordered the part for the fan and contacted
Sam again who then sent his son, Phillip out to analyze and installed the component
motherboard in the motor of our Casablanca ceiling fan. Phillip was quick, efficient,
polite and knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked diligently, efficiently and
confirmed that everything was working properly before he left our home. Very nice
young man.

The job went very well and was done within the time frame for the estimated amount of money. It was properly done and the technician left the place in good condition. The price was fair and I will use them again in the future.

He came promptly and got the job done efficiently. I was completely satisfied.

The installation was flawless, including a careful evaluation of the existing wiring to assure that the new lights wouldn't overload the circuit.

It was a very good experience. The quality was excellent and the prices were fair. I had to wait a long time for them to come out because they are very busy, like a couple of weeks. Other than that it was great. They don't rip me off and they are very fair.

All aspects of the work went smoothly and all work was done in a professional manner (the electrical inspector commented on the high quality of Electric Sam's work). Sam and Phil even made two separate visits before the main work was done in order to take care of some outside hookup issues that had to be coordinated with the installation of new siding. Sam was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the work and even made recommendations about hooking up more than one outside light fixture on the same switch panel.

Showed up 10 min early. Promptly checked and resolved problems. Although house isn't tidiest around, electric Sam didn't think "guess it doesn't matter", but cleaned up work areas. Helped reconnect garage door to opener, which had been used manually after circuit kicked off. major snowstorm and my dental appointment necessitated adjustments in appointment time. communication was excellent and adjustments in time worked for all. alternatives for each change was discussed and agreed upon. work completed promptly.

Electric Sam was recommended from a relative and we were really pleased at his promptness. Came soon after we called and did what we wanted and a few extra things and he was so reasonable. We will definitely continue using them.

Well, I would recommend Electric Sams. This gentleman and his son did very good work. I found them to be clean, professional, and everything works great.
