Ed Tschetter's Heating & Cooling

We replaced Amana equipment with another Amana. Ed Tschetter's Heating & Cooling handled the prior installation 30 years ago, showing that the company has staying power. My knowledgeable brother was extremely pleased with the vendor's expertise and professionalism. All the work was done in a day on the schedule we designated. Great job!

The technician then proceeded to put together a $7,000+ estimate to replace both the fairly new furnace and air conditioner.  We paid the $200+ service call fee and wrote off this company from any further consideration.

Based on a perfect score on Angie's List, we scheduled an appointment with Steve from DeGraff Heating & Air Conditioning.  Steve told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with our furnace and then gave us an estimate of less than $3,000 to replace our aging heat pump. The new air conditioner is performing perfectly so we are totally sold on DeGraff as an honest and dependable supplier.

Employees were extremely friendly and concerned for care of floors and carpets in house. Responded to all questions or phone calls (remind about how things work) quickly. Finished all work as promised faster than time span we figured on.
