EAST COAST COMMERCIAL INC

Description of Work: I hired East Coast Commercial to secure a commercial loan. I was asked to pay $2,200.00 up front. I did so and I was given all the necessary dates to write into the contract for the purchase of the property from East Coast Commercial. East Coast Commercial then failed to supply the mortgage underwriting within the time frame of the dates that they themselves instructed me to use in the contract! The purchase agreement fell through as a result, and East Coast Commercial kept my $2,200.00. They failed to perform the action I hired them to perform and then kept my money. I took East Coast Commercial to small claims court. We settled for $1,100.00. The judge gave East Coast Commercial 30 days to repay me. East Coast Commercial failed to pay. Nor did they respond to multiple phone calls and emails. The court then awarded me a judgement in the amount of $1,100.00. The judgement was also forwarded to East Coast Commercial and still they did not pay. I have filed a lien at the County Clerks Office as a result of non-payment. East Coast Commercial is a one-man business and the name of that man is Chris Ando. Chris Ando owes me $1,100.00 as evidenced by the judgement furnished by the Town Court of Henrietta New York. I still have not received a dime. It has been over 6 months since the deal fell through and over two months since the judgement was rendered by the court. East Coast Commercial/Chris Ando still does not return my calls or emails. I recently learned I am not the only one. An investor from California and another from New York have both contacted me to relay similar stories to mine. We are all waiting to be repaid the money we are rightfully owed. Chris Ando is a crook. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EAST COAST COMMERCIAL.
