They began work on my house and never finished.  They kept my money.  They started an addition to my home and the work was very bad from the beginning.  They finished a patio that we had to replace 6 months later.  We wanted them to install a beautiful bay window.  They dropped the bay window, and then installed the replacement upside down.  They built a small porch with a little roof and they dug up a bush before installing.  When the work was done, the bush was nowhere near where the porch was.  I eventually ended up replacing the bush myself and it's just now starting to fill out and match the 4 others that I have.

This company advertised door to door and I was unlucky enough to have taken the bait.  Fourtunately they went out of business, but essentially they were a huge scam from the beginning.  The company was a subcontracting house which subcontrated to several sub-part contractors.  They definately didn't have any connection between the sales staff and the renovation teams.  What I got for $4000 probably cleared them $3000 profit easily.  I learned a lot from this experience...don't go with your first choice, unless you've invested several other companies

Eagle Construction promised me factory-trained workmen, but they sent out sub-contractors who delivered very, very appalling work. They promised that my roof would be done before winter, and done in about one week. They started work on my roof the first week of January, and they weren't finished yet when the roof leaked into my tenant's bedroom on the night of January 29, 2004. This leak soaked a ceiling tile, which then fell onto my tenant's brand new bed. The ventilation system has no airflow; there is daylight showing around the chimney {they just used roofing tar instead of the required new flashing}; the roof does not meet several NYS building codes; it still leaks in multiple places; and the shingles were blowing off after the roof had been installed only four months. Every where you look, they did it wrong.

This company is now out of business and they still have $7000 of our money. Nothing was done to our kitchen. After signing a contract, we were repeatedly put off and ignored for several months. We then learned that Eagle went out of business with no communication given to us. We actually learned of this closure by watching a local news program, in which a former employee acknowledged that the company never had any intention of following through on the contracts it solicited. When selecting a contractor, be on the look-out for those who worked for Eagle (an "award-winning company," for what it's worth.). We didn't work with one honest person from this company, and this included everyone from its president, to its salesmen, to its contractors, to its receptionist. The owner is now being sued, not surprisingly, by the many customers who were defrauded. Anyone connected with Eagle is bad news all around.

I was happy with the very professional job they did. However, it was hard to know who was in charge. We had to wait six weeks for the work to start. The estimate was however very reasonable.

The process to get the work done was not easy. The sales person told us a price without seeing the job. The install date kept getting pushed back. Eagle Construction Company started the job and walked off with the roof open. I have interior damage now.

I think Eagle Construction Company could improve on their price. The quality of the workmanship was good, and the yard was cleaned up after they were done.

Eagle Construction was great but the price was very high. I would suggest to try and negotiate the pricing.

It took Eagle Construction forever to order the tub and then it was the wrong one. I had to wait again. The workers ruined my carpet and they are highly over priced.
