They were professional, knowledgeable and excellent. That includes the salesperson to the people that monitor the place and their quick response when I set the alarm off. We actually interviewed three. I got recommendations from neighbors. They were a good recommendation.

I talked to other people with other providers and it seems like Doyle Security are a little slow in responding. I did hit the panic button once by mistake and they were right on it but I would like the response to be quicker on other things but I believe that is just my own anxiety, I don't think they do anything more differently then other people.

It was a complicated installation and it took them two days to install it and they didn't charge any extra for the work. We haven't had a problem with the system and the pricing was very good.

They are major security company here in the Rochester area. It’s an excellent company. They are absolutely reliable company in the area. They are the top security company in the area. I would give them excellent overall. Their price is normal. The place is excellent. They are excellent in everything. I would use them in the future.

Doyle was very good. I was very happy with their service. They were very professional. He me exactly what he was going to do. He also gave me the price and I agreed to what he gave me and at that point I hired them to install my security system.

Where ADT's response to some of our needs was "it can't be done," Doyle's was "we'll make it work."  We had had issues with ADT before, and were less than pleased with their service.  Perhaps because Doyle is more "local" their service seems more responsive.  We would definitely recommend this company to anyone installing a new security system.
