DOMICELLO PAVING

They have been sealing my driveway since it was put in five years ago. They make sure it is extra clean with brooms and blowers before sealing it to make sure of a good bond. They do a meticulous job spreading the sealer with not even one splater on my garage door or pavers that line my driveway but perfectly sealed up to them. I Highly recommend them, Thanks Domicello for making my driveway look new again!

They were yelling at each other, very disrespectful.  I have reached out to them numerous times with no call backs. I would not recommend them.

Couple of missed dates but final work was good

Absolutely HORRIBLE contractor.  He is rude, unreliable and unprofessional. A contract was signed on May 4th, 2012.  We had met on 2 occasions to go over the price and design of the driveway.  Work was to start 6/12/12, but due to weather was rescheduled to 6/15/12.  Per the secretary, Paula, they were on a large commercial job and needed to change the date to 6/19/12.  Monday 6/18/12 I received a message from  the secretary stating that they needed to change the date to 6/20/12  in the afternoon due to problems with equipment.  On 6/20/12 I arrived home from work at 12:30 pm, never to receive a call that they were not going to make it until 6 pm. They blamed Paula for having the incorrect telephone number.  I had spoke with Paula at 4 pm and she apologized and gave me Chuck Domicello's , the owner, cell phone number.  I called at 4:20 pm to find Chuck , the owner, was not available from the person answering and left a message with my name and address.  Again, I called him back at 6 pm and spoke with his son who was very rude and condescending.  Again, I left my name and address.  I spoke with Chuck Domicello, the owner at approximately 9 pm on 6/20/12.  He apologized for the afternoon and stated that 2 of his workers had issues with the heat.  He stated that they would be there in the morning 6/21/12 and he would be on the job himself.  I called Chuck's cell phone at 8:50 am 6/21/12 and asked if they had questions/ issues since I would not be home until later.  I was told no.  I believed at that time I was speaking with Chuck Domicello, the owner.  When I arrived home, there was no sloping to incorporate in the main driveway and  rectangle addition as we had discussed.  I called Chuck's cell phone and asked about the driveway design and was told it would be taken care of later.  Mind you he wanted us to drive on the driveway for a week before applying the final top coat.  He proceeded to tell me I was his most difficult customer and that he did not want to deal with me any longer and hung up the telephone.  I called Paula, the secretary at 4 pm stating that we were canceling the follow up on 6/28/12 for the final paving.  When I spoke with Paula, she informed me that Chuck Domicello, the owner, was out of town and therefore not on my job that morning. We have sent a certified letter stating that he was not perform any additional work at 3 Berrywood Circle.  The following day I spoke with my neighbor at 2 Berrywood Circle.  The neighbor at 6 Berrywood Circle called and asked  the neighbor at 2 Berrywood Circle if she was having her driveway done also on 6/20/12.  Her response was no,  3 Berrywood Circle is.  Domicello Paving was at 2 Berrywood Circle and had edged out the area for the driveway.  The neighbor at 6 Berrywood Circle went out to correct  the paving contractors.  I was also told that the pavers were lying on the grass during the time on the job.I have contacted another contractor and obtained another estimate.  This contractor stated that there was not enough crusher run for the base.  I have hired this other company and now have to wait until mid to end of July for the driveway to be completed.

The work was done promptly and looks great. They gave detailed written instructions as to how to care for the driveway.
