Your initial call was returned the next business day (Monday) as your request for an estimate was submitted online over the weekend. "There was only one reason why I wouldn't, or could not sand the floors, I was not willing to damage a brand new $ 6,000.00 machine . To call me a joke and indicate that I made several excuses is a lie. Unfortunately this was a mistake in judgement on my part that cost me time and energy as I'm sure it did you. Throughout the hole transaction there was a level of professionalism upheld on on my end, along with an immediate refund of the project deposit. Your complaints to the Better Business Bureau were to be found that as a company there was no wrong or unethical practices on my end, and was closed."

"It is unfortunate that this job did not go as planned, but as the owner of this business, I can assure you that every reasonable effort was made to correct the situation. Multiple times my services were offered to buff and re-coat the floor for free, as well as sand, stain, and refinish at cost. My services were paid for AFTER the job was complete, NOT BEFORE. This customer than took it upon himself to hire another contractor with expectations that I would pay for it. This customer was a very aggressive, loud, and rude customer, that thought he could dictate my decision to reimburse him for hiring the other contractor. This customer also fails to state that there was a significant amount of scratching in the floor, and that is was made clear at the time of the initial estimate that buffing and re coating was not a fix all for the floors. As a small, and local business, I strive to provide quality craftsmanship, placing an emphasis on customer satisfaction. Unfortunately not everyone situation can be resolved with both parties being completely happy. With 17 years in the hardwood flooring industry, I can assure that this customer received professional services throughout this ordeal."
