Stereo and Home Theater System Service
The crew never showed on Monday and, despite a call to Mr. Hellman on Tuesday requesting that they finish before we put up the drywall, they didn't do so. Since that time, late November, no work has been done and Mr. Hellman has not returned most of our phone calls and emails requesting a refund of the bulk of our $2,700 deposit. When he has provided a time for returning our money those days come and go and no check is delivered. It's now January 16th, '08, almost 2 months since we made a deposit. We feel we are owed over $2,000 for work not performed and we have gone ahead and done the work ourselves.
