He is very meticulous, he said what he was going to do and did exactly what he said, he made extra efforts to do everything very cleanly, he bent the sheet metal himself and he took extra time to inform us on how the filter replacement was performed and how to use the system. We called him back for a related item and he hooked us up and we didn't have to pay for it. He works independently but he didn't like their style of cutting corners. He was also right in line with the other quotes that we got.

Project was more than expected when it begun due to weight and thickness of old boiler however the contractor honored his proposal and worked additional hours until job was completed to specifications. Had used contractor at another home prior for smaller job and was satisfied so expectation coming in were high. Contractor beat all expectations with great quality work and beat other contractors rates.

Steve explained all aspects of the job to me. He fabricates his own ductwork and created an impressive system for me that is a big upgrade in comfort and functionality over my original system. Steve was very respectful of my property, laying down tarps and cardboard to ensure that there was no damage to the flooring and carpet inside my townhome. As the job took a few days, Steve would always leave the job site clean with his tools neatly stacked in a corner of my basement. Steve will do the job the right way instead of cutting corners on quality. For example, many contractors will just place a plastic base on the ground under the outside heat pump. Steve will dig out the sod, put down crushed stone, tamp down the stone and then place a UV-resistant composite base under the heat pump. He also installed a condensate pump to remove water to the sewer instead of using the original hole in the basement floor. Steve insulated one of the ducts that went to my kitchen that previously was very loud when the heat or A/C was operating and now it is so quiet you can hardly tell when the heat or A/C is on. I definitely got my money's worth and more. Steve is a true professional and I would not hesitate to recommend him for any heating or A/C job.

iEverything about Steve and his work was outstanding. For example, he added a pump for the condensation that is formed during air conditioning. This pump moves the water up and into our sewer. This was something that was never ever discussed by previous contractors. It was the right way to do the installation.

It was a very good job. He was very meticulous. I can't complain at all. He did the work on time as promised, and the price was good compared to other estimates.

Steve does a fantastic job. I wholeheartedly trust him and prefer to give all of my business to him. There was one time I called Isaac Heating & Cooling and it was like Curly, Larry & Moe were in my house. Steve owns his company and he is the only man who shows up at the door. He truly operates with integrity and is a stand-up guy!!

We got DeGraff from a Pro Tech card left by a plumber, who had done a good job for us. Steve came when he said that he would. He was polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly cleaned our furnace. He recommended that we purchase a new, more efficient furnace in the next few years because of the age and wear on our current one, but he was not pushy. He even got along well with our big dog who generally is suspicious toward and scary to strangers in the house.
