Darko Vlatkovic came within an hour of when I called. It was a very
cold snowy winter day and my furnace stopped working. He came in
checked the furnace to determine the problem, left to get the parts, came right back and I had heat
soon after! Within 3 hours from the time I called him all the work was completed. He was pleasant,
he answered all the many questions I had. He told me he does other
kinds of work (remodeling, painting etc). The next time I need anything done in the house he will be the first person I call

Darko and Steve were on time and finished the same day. They cleaned up the outside and inside very well. They will be installing a new return air duct line in May 2012.
