I think the gal that ran the showroom was on her honeymoon so they closed the showroom. I called my contractor who had sent me there and the rep for the company happened to be in his office. I was able to place an order with her but another time I went and there was no one there again. It is hard enough to get customers, it seems like they should have been putting a sign in the window or something. I like dealing locally. We got custom ordered subway tiles and I couldn’t get them anywhere else, so it was a bit more expensive.
