Called the company and they made an appointment for one of their people to come and make an inspection for $90.  Came out (delayed) and looked in the attic with a flashlight and saw a BIG raccoon.  Offered to fore go the $90 inspection fee and charged me a direct rate of $189 + tax for the first animal and $89 for every animal after that (he called them target animal but the contract didn't specify that...according to the signed contract:  I would have been charged for every cat that was in that cage)*  He said that unless there was a family (spring time) there was probably only two raccoons and that he guaranteed that if there were more than two he would take them away for nothing.  He was good to his word, but there were only two very large raccoons.  He bolted the humane cage traps to the roof and on the first night caught the larger male....the female sat by the cage all night and worked fiercely to rock that cage open.  The second night the female was caught.  He promised to release them both in the same area so they could meet up out in the country.  Hopefully they all lived happily ever after....luckily this is not the 1950s or every child in this city would have an authentic coonskin hat.
All in all worked out well.  Would use them again to remove large wildlife from my city home...very knowledgeable.  By-the -way that male raccoon weighed 45lbs....that's bigger than my dog!

Critter Control did what they were supposed to do. The rodent problem was taken care of. We had one problem and they came back right away and took care of it. They're always on time, and call before coming.
