COUNTERTOP CREATIONS

This is all custom work and so you will want make sure you time this accordingly from time of order to install can take about 10-20 days.  They are a small shop and do work for some of the local big box stores.  Don't expect them to be cheaper than going to the big box stores and buying "stock" countertops.  Its helpful to have the sink you want to use at the time of order.  Lastly long countertops; be careful and make sure you can fit them through the door as these most of the times have no seam and come as one piece. Make sure you draw your measures on a paper.  I would also pay for the measure to have him sanity check your measures as once its made, its yours.

The installer and helper were very professional and friendly. The job was perfect. They have a wonderful showroom with many countertop choices. I was particularly impressed with how they install the sink flush with the counter. I couldn't be happier.

They did a fantastic job and a very reasonable price.  We met at the shop and took some samples home.  they gave use very large samples not the small ones you find at home improvement stores.  Our samples where as bid as a sheet of paper so it was very easy to see how it was going to look against the walls and appliances.  After giving them 50% as a deposit, they came out to officially measure.  They manufactured the counter tops in about 4 weeks.  Installations was very quick, only about 2.5 hours and it looks wonderful.  The real benefit to us was that the installer takes care of disconnecting the sink and reinstalling it for no additional charge.  all other companies that we talked to charged extra for this sink work.  Another nice touch with the install was that they scribed the back splash to fit the wall perfectly so there are absolutely no large caulk gaps.  Gives it a very nice custom look.  Overall - great service, great product and great price.  Thanks!

Cindy was very helpful with the design of the countertop and in responding to questions (typically, I'd leave a voicemail and she would respond within an hour or two). Frank made some helpful last-minute suggestions when he came to measure the template. Rod was terrific at installing.
Bottom line is that these people have been doing this a long time and could make and install a beautiful countertop for you in their sleep at about 2/3 the cost of everyone else.

Frank and his wife helped us select materials, came to our house to take the measurements, made a beautiful countertop and then delivered it on time. We have some tricky angles and the counters fit perfectly.

Counter Creations fabricated and installed a new counter top. There was an issue with a damaged sink (came damaged from another source). I ordered a new sink and they came back to install it. They didn’t have to, they did it because they’re honorable and care about their work. The sink was not their problem, it was mine. But they went out of their way to see the job completed to our complete satisfaction. Prompt, great work, and did everything they said they would.

It was fine, I like the counter top. They were all professional. They get the job done quickly. They were willing to work with you and make sure that you were happy with what you had.

WE went to their shop and picked out the laminate we wanted. They promptly came out to measured the kitchen and gave us the cost estimate within a week. Two weeks later our new countertops were installed with very little mess or inconvenience.

They were very good. They were very informative, and very helpful. I don't know if they were the cheapest but they definitely did a nice job. He was very reasonable. They came out, they measured and we went in and looked at colors, they were very detail oriented and they were very helpful when I asked them questions and wanted certain modifications. They are very knowledgeable about what they do.

We are very pleased and happy with the quality of the workmanship and the value for the price. Everyone involved was courteous and helpful.

Outstanding from the time we discussed patterns for our existing kitchen design through installation. Couldn't ask for a more professional interaction with the entire staff starting with Cindy, our initial contact, the staff who measured and made a template for the three part counter, the builders and installers, Ron and Andy. No problems

This is a small company that does the whole process themselves. After you pick the material and they come measure, they create the countertop in their facility. There is a considerable wait: it was about 6 weeks from our visit to the installation, but the actual work was done in a day, so there was no inconvenience to us at all. Every detail of the new installation is great--we love the new countertops look and feel.

The material is a new laminate--not formica, but a relative. It is very inexpensive, and it looks good, although it definitely feels like a plastic product and not like stone. The difference in price between corian or stone and this material was thousands of dollars (got the corian quote at Home Depot), and we feel like we got a great deal, saved a lot of money for something that looks good and has good endurance.

The workers were knowledgeable and professional. They even helped move our stove out of the way, although that was not part of their job. We would use this company again without question. And they are not a national chain--they are local!

The whole experience from meeting with them for an estimate to the completion of the job was outstanding. Everyone involved was knowledgable, professional and friendly. In my opinion they provide an excellent product at a very reasonable price. In addition, the whole process was completed in a much shorter timeframe than other companies had quoted us.

We picked them up and installed them ourselves, but they measured for them and fabricated them. We were very pleased. We shopped around and they were the best price. They are a small operation so they don't have a full time secretary.

We had already picked out our laminate sample from the hardware store, and we decided to use Countertop Creations because my in-laws had a positive experience with them. Their employee came out to the house and did all the measuring for our countertops. We picked them up and installed them ourselves, and the fit the spaces perfectly.
