I will continue to use them. They are convenient. They are close by.

It went okay. They damaged the tint on my window when they were fixing the window. They fixed it just fine. They just caused other problems.

It was a different company then but the same place. I would use them again in future.

I always go there. The price was too much, around 30000.

This is our second time with them for service on our 1996 Ford Cobra. It's a show car. Not only do they have the car for two days but they have yet to look at it. They won't return calls and when they do, not nice or helpful. We are not used to being treated like this especially when we had an appointment for Monday dropped the car off Sunday night and then never heard a thing. That's just poor customer service. If they had at least called or returned a call we would be in a better place. Time to find another place.

They are always very prompt and do the work. If they find something different they will tell you what is wrong before they do the work.

The repair was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The mechanic and the department were both great- polite, friendly and professional. I was offered a shuttle service as the car needed to be left there. I always have a feeling of confidence when work is performed by the service department at Cortese Ford.

They're first class and does everything right, that's for sure.

Cortese Ford are an awesome dealer. We have bought 9 cars from them so far. You don't have to keep bickering, they are just so much better than other places. We like the sales lady that we deal and the service people are very good, we get the new cars serviced there. We bought a truck and a car. We only go to Cortese Ford for our cars.

I can get an appointment easily when I call. I always get good service. I know the people there. They are always fast and efficient. I always get ford quality mechanics.

Terrible, disastrous.

They do an excellent job. They give excellent service. They do their job and you're in and out on time.

Work was performed as requested. Battery itself was overpriced, labor charge for replacing was excessively overpriced. I later reviewed my vehicle history and found the battery they replaced should have been under warranty but I was never informed of such.

I have used their services for many years. Usually I drop my car off at eight o'clock and then walk to the dinner for coffee and by the time I get there and get my coffee, I usually get a call telling me my car is ready.
