Bob was easy to talk to and his design was great. We used his service twice in two years. First he did our attic and sun porch and then kitchen renovation. First year was perfect. Everything went smoothly. Second year was not as good as previous year. Depends of carpenters you get, the work differed.

Priced higher than others but decided to hire due to responsiveness to phone calls, promptness in appointments and professionalism of contract. Bob was also recommended by a co-worker when I was complaining about other contractors not returning calls or keeping appointments when trying to get a quote for the work.
Our work was delayed 3-4 weeks due a family situation with the tiler. Bob tried to keep to the original schedule by substituting other tilers, however we decided to wait for the best quality work. The end result was worth the wait!

It looks great, they did a nice job with it! The customer service and professionalism were all very good.

Their price was reasonable. Our main concern was time; we needed it done quickly and they did the whole remodel in 4 weeks. They were wonderful and if I had any questions the owner came over. He had a good crew to work with and the owner was on site; I could not have asked for anything more.

Great! Two lead carpentersand mdash;brothersand mdash;showed up as schedule in a clean truck looking like a couple of the better problem solvers on an HGTV show. Friendly, very efficient, all the right tools in good operating condition. Up on the roof, holes cut, vents inserted, sealed with high-quality silicone adhesive and nails, clean-up and off the roof in under 30 minutes. I take this experience as one of the best indicators of how they will do the larger job and I'm ready to sign the big contract.

Bob has designed and provided us with kitchens for 4 or 5 homes we have remodeled. He is punctual, professional, organized, and has great ideas with respect to how to maximize space while staying within our budget. He always remains on schedule and within budget. I will continue to use Bob's services for our remodeling needs. We are in the business of remodeling which is why we installed the cabinets ourselves. Cornell Construction Design also has installers, and if we needed to I wouldn't hesitate to use them considering the excellent service we've received from Bob thus far. Thanks!
